MOVE

See the metro and places you can go to from Manhattan Garden City.

Drive Ahead

Manhattan Garden City gives you an edge on mobility with its spacious underground parking and highway system that connects all twenty towers, another first in the country.

 Take the LRT-2 Train

The Purple Line is the metro’s newest rail transit system. It runs from Manila in the west via Quezon City, San Juan and Marikina City to Pasig in the east.

With its wide air-conditioned trains passing through the busy roads Recto and Legarda Avenues, Marcos Highway, Aurora and Ramon Magsaysay Boulevards, LRT-2 is the preferred mode of transport of many students, professionals and travelers.

Take the MRT-3 Train

Take the Metrostar Express or MRT-3 and get from EDSA to the rest of the metro faster and easier!

The 16.8 km-long MRT-3 runs elevated along EDSA, except for Buendia Station, from Taft Avenue in Pasay City to North Avenue in Quezon City. Its air-conditioned trains and quick transport time makes it among the city dwellers’ favored means of travel.

Transit Oriented Development

The Araneta Center is at the meeting point of two train systems: the LRT2 along Aurora Boulevard, and the MRT3 along EDSA. The Manhattan Garden City is the first and only residential project connected to both lines. In other words, you are just a quick stroll away from transportation that will bring you to major destinations north, south, east, and west of Metro Manila.

The LRT2 links you from Santolan, Pasig to Recto Avenue in Manila. The MRT3 runs from North Avenue to Taft Avenue along EDSA.

Both lines connect with the LRT1 which travels from Monumento in Caloocan to Baclaran in ParaƱaque.

The LRT1 links up with the MRT3 at Taft Avenue in Pasay, and the LRT2 at Doroteo Jose in Manila.

In other words, from the Manhattan Garden City the major destinations are just minutes away:

Divisoria (29 minutes)
Makati CBD (17 minutes)
Marikina (15 minutes)
Ateneo (8 minutes)

All the 18 residential towers of your community are connected by a 729-meter-long footbridge standing four storeys above the streets. These 4-meter walkways connect directly to the LRT2 and the MRT3. Alongside the walkway are 2 meters (on either side) of greenery and sitting areas.
